A simple two loop stacked pinwheel can be made in pretty much any color combo... This design is perfect for a school's "Spirit Day".
Although normally attached to an Alligator clip, or French Clip, most bows can have a pony-o substituted so there is no metal (a requirement for cheer squads).
Design shown has 7/8 inch purple with 1/4 inch white.
